On 23 September 2025, a significant meeting was held at the Council of Europe Office in Belgrade.
Professor Dr Boris Stojkovski, Acting Director of the Institute for Education Quality and Evaluation, visited the Office and met with Mr Janos Babity, Head of the Council of Europe in Belgrade, and his colleagues.
During a lengthy, open and amicable discussion, both parties emphasised mutual readiness to deepen and strengthen the cooperation. Particular attention was given to two ongoing major education projects supported by the Council of Europe in Serbia: “Quality Education for All – Serbia,” and “Prevent bullying and peer violence in schools.”
The Head of the Mission, Mr Babity, specifically welcomed Serbia’s ongoing effort to harmonise with the Council of Europe’s guidelines and recommendations.
