The Director of the Institute, Prof. Dr Boris Stojkovski, visited the newly established unit of the Ministry of Education in Subotica, marking the beginning of institutional cooperation aimed at strengthening education quality and evaluation systems.
The Subotica unit covers the municipalities of Subotica, Backa Topola, Mali Idjos, Ada, Senta, and Kanjiza. During discussions with the Head of the Unit, Agnes Halasi, priorities were defined in relation to the final examination at the end of primary education and the organisation of the lower secondary leaving examination in national minority languages.

Particular emphasis was placed on developing a network of schools cooperating with the Institute in the implementation of educational achievement standards, professional development of teaching staff, school self-evaluation processes, and participation in national and international research.
This cooperation aims to strengthen coordination between supervision, external evaluation and development activities, ensuring consistent implementation of standards and the continuous improvement of educational quality.
